Fix kanban view - archived tickets should not appear

## Problem Archived tickets (especially epics) are still appearing on the kanban view. Once a ticket is archived, it should be filtered out from all main views. ## Expected Behavior - Archived tickets should NOT appear on the kanban board - Archived tickets should only be visible when explicitly filtering for them (e.g., "Include archived" toggle) - The kanban should only show active, non-archived tickets by default ## Current Behavior Archived epics like #34, #39, #46, #62, #92, #125 are visible on kanban even though they're completed/cancelled and should be archived. ## Files Likely Requiring Changes - Kanban board view / controller (filter out `where(archived: false)`) - Kanban JavaScript (filter archived tickets) - Any API endpoints powering the kanban view ## Acceptance Criteria 1. Kanban board does not show archived tickets 2. Existing archived tickets are hidden from view 3. New archived tickets automatically disappear from kanban 4. Optional: Add "Include archived" toggle if users want to see historical tickets
