## Step 3 of UI Modernization with daisyUI

**Note: Close existing PR #35 before starting.**

### Scope of Work

**1. Kanban Columns**
- Style column headers with daisyUI `card` component
- Use daisyUI `divider` for column separators
- Add daisyUI `badge` for ticket counts
- Apply daisyUI `collapse` for column expand/collapse

**2. Kanban Cards**
- Redesign cards using daisyUI `card` component
- Use daisyUI `badge` for priority, status, and ticket type
- Apply daisyUI `btn` for card actions
- Add daisyUI `avatar` for assignee display
- Use daisyUI `tooltip` for hover information

**3. Drag-Drop Styling**
- Use daisyUI's modifier classes for drag states
- Add daisyUI `indicator` for visual feedback during drag
- Apply daisyUI `alert` for drop confirmation

**4. Filters and Controls**
- Replace filter inputs with daisyUI `select` and `input`
- Use daisyUI `toggle` for boolean filters
- Add daisyUI `btn` for filter actions
- Apply daisyUI `range` slider for numerical filters

**5. Epic Cards**
- Style epic cards with daisyUI `card` variants
- Use daisyUI `progress` bar for epic completion
- Apply daisyUI `badge` for subtask counts
