Description
The reviewer agent currently tries to use `gh pr review --approve` which fails when the PR author is the same user (cannot approve own PR). The reviewer should instead: 1. Add a comment to the PR using `gh pr comment <pr_number> --body "<review content>"` 2. Add a comment to the ticket using `add_comment` tool in Tinker This way the review feedback is captured in both GitHub (for the PR author) and Tinker (for the workflow record).
