Description
The current dashboard controller only fetches tasks from a single project. The controller needs to be updated to support fetching and displaying tasks from all available projects when the user requests an all-projects view. Based on the investigation, the controller needs to be modified to: 1. Add support for a 'all_projects' parameter or flag 2. When all_projects is true, fetch tasks from all user-accessible projects 3. Ensure proper authorization and permissions are maintained 4. Return project context with each task for proper display File location: /app/controllers/dashboard_controller.rb
