## Feature: Memories UI

Currently memories can only be accessed via MCP tools (`list_memories`, `search_memory`). Need a web UI for human users to:

## Requirements

1. **Memories index page** (`/memories`)
   - List all memories with pagination
   - Show: content, memory_type, created_at, researcher_reviewed_at
   - Filter by memory_type (decision, error, instruction, code_snippet, fact, summary, context)
   - Filter by reviewed status (reviewed vs unreviewed)

2. **Memory detail view** (`/memories/:id`)
   - Full content display with markdown rendering
   - Show metadata (ticket_id if linked, any additional metadata)
   - Show timestamps (created, updated, reviewed)
   - Option to mark as reviewed

3. **Search functionality**
   - Search by content/query
   - Filter by ticket_id
   - Sort by created or reviewed date

4. **Bulk actions**
   - Mark multiple memories as reviewed
   - Delete outdated memories

## Notes
- Mirror the MCP tool functionality (`list_memories`, `search_memory`, `mark_as_reviewed`)
- Similar UI pattern to tickets and proposals pages
