Description
## Context The planner agent is a human-controlled interactive planning agent that works with users to discuss features and create tickets. It should be created by default when a project is initialized, alongside worker, reviewer, orchestrator, and researcher agents. ## What You're Building Include the planner agent in the default agent creation process. Currently only worker, reviewer, orchestrator, and researcher are created automatically. ## Acceptance Criteria - [ ] New projects automatically create a planner agent - [ ] Planner agent is created with correct type and capabilities - [ ] Order of creation remains consistent (no breaking changes) ## Technical Notes - The `create_default_set` class method on the Agent model handles default agent creation - Planner is a valid agent_type in the model validation - Planner already has wildcard MCP permissions (appropriate since it's human-controlled, not autonomous)
