## Issue tinker-reviewer agent remains idle with 7 PRs in pending_audit status: - #92: Agent Visibility System (HIGH) - #79, #84, #85, #86, #87, #88: daisyUI components ## Symptoms - availability_updated_at stuck at 14:33:11Z (2+ hours stale) - `send_message_to_agent` returns success but no activity - Agent not transitioning from idle to busy - Worker agent also has stale timestamp (16:44:14Z) ## Possible Causes 1. Reviewer agent process not running 2. Agent not polling for messages/work 3. WebSocket connection broken 4. Agent configuration issue ## Action Needed Investigate why agents are not responding to messages or picking up assigned work.
